– Ek Ongkar is original and unique logo/emblem coined by Guru Nanak not found anywhere else.
Excerpt: The present study of the first stanza clearly indicates that Guru Nanak is talking about the philosophy of the Pundit of Omkar Temple. In rest of the Bani (from stanza # 2 to 54 including Rahaoo – Pause) Guru Nanak is clearing the confusion of the Pundit about God. Guru Nanak explains to the Pundit that there is no Trinity (Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva) of God to which the word, Omkar, implies. Guru Nanak further explains to the Pundit that God is ‘One and Only’; does not come into anthropomorphic form; and no specific/descriptive name can be coined for God since God is an ‘Eternal Entity’ and ineffable. >>Download and Read the full article here
